Knitting Patterns Sailingknitter

Niki Wiki Aerial2.jpg

Explore the possibilities for your knitting with new adventures from Terry Liann Morris, the SailingKnitter.

I live fullime aboard my sailboat, and am open-ended cruising. After leaving San Diego, California in 2006, I sailed south thru Mexico, down to Central America, thru the Panama Canal, to Colombia, and now the Caribbean. Yep, I'm going wherever my vagabond spirit take me and am knitting all the way.

Update October 2011: Beautiful Guatemala! The textiles are incredible - so colorful and the Mayan people actually wear them daily. I'm so inspired by the floral and geometric patterns. Look for this influence someday in my knitting.

The new book "1000 Fabulous Knit Hats" compiled by Annie Modesitt is now available which features some of my hats. The patterns may be found by clicking on the HAT PATTERNS link above.

All patterns are available for download in PDF form (requires that you have Adobe Reader) and payment can be made conveniently through PayPal. NOTE: these are knitting pattern "documents" - not the finished knit items.
